In a press statement signed on Tuesday by CP Emmanuel Ojukwu, the Public Relations Officer of the Force, IGP Arase expressed great concern over the recent attacks on houses, and journalists.

The IGP acknowledged the valuable roles of the media to the enthronement of democracy in Nigeria.
The IGP therefore advised citizens to be more vigilant and proactive and to report any suspicious movement or persons to the Police promptly for appropriate action.
