Several online media outlets had reported on Tuesday May 19, 2015 that President Jonathan had concluded plans to dissolve the Federal Executive Council on Wednesday May 20, 2015.
The media outlets had based their reports on the quotes purportedly linked to the minister of information.
However, as it has now turned out to be, following the last Federal Executive Council held on Wednesday May 20, 2015, the outgoing president Jonathan did not dissolve the council.
