Racksterli To Move Into Its Temporary Office This Week

Racksterli Affiliate Marketing Income Programme will be moving into its temporary office before the end of this new working week ending on May 28, 2021.

The CEO of Racksterli, Mr Michael Chidiebere, revealed this in a live Instagram broadcast on Sunday May 23, 2021.

Mr Chidiebere equally announced that Racksterli would be recruiting more workers in order to enhance service delivery within the platform.

Mr Chidiebere revealed:

“We have acquired a new twin dublex and it’s undergoing cleaning and maintenance.

“We will be moving into the new building this week unfailingly. And we will also employed hands to enable us work faster and smarter

“Expect fast and swift response from my customer care representative starting from this week.

“The refunding on the old site is still very much ongoing. There’s no day we don’t push out payment

“We intend to make magic again like what will did with old website, expect swift and automated performance.

Recall that on Saturday May 22, 2021 Newsbeatportal.com exclusively revealed that the management of Racksterli acquired a new temporary office to enhance its services.

According to Me Chidiebere, the Racksterli had to acquire a temporary home in order to adequately carter to the growing needs of the new website.

Mr Chidiebere wrote:

“Since the launch of the new Racksterli, one of the major challenges that people have been facing with us has been the issue of not having a strong customer care to reach out to like we used to have.

“We introduced the idea of an affiliate program having a realizable customer care and it was part of what helped us stand out.

“After the whole incidence, we reduced our workforce due to the fact that there was nothing to do any longer and the retained ones had to work from home.

“However, as it stands now, there’s a growing need for us to go back to being the platform with the strongest and most relatable customer care unit.

“While our head office is still under construction, we’ve just acquired this massive twin structure for an enhanced service delivery.

“We understand that one of the ways to build confidence in our subscribers is by reassuring them that when they have issues, they can reach out to us and have it fixed.

“Now, we won’t only bring back all our old workforce, we would also be adding more workforce.
